Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.09.2026:

* Support in planning, coordinating and implementing strategic initiatives and cross-sectoral projects
* Collaboration in organizing and managing administrative processes in the segment as well as supporting the operating office in day-to-day business
* Assistance in preparing and following up management meetings, committee meetings, workshops and events
* Preparation and preparation of presentations, analyses and decision templates for top management
* Research and structured preparation of information on strategic issues as well as support for special projects
* Collaboration in the continuous optimization of internal processes and in the use of modern digital and AI-supported working methods

Your profile
You are studying economics, industrial engineering, management, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Excellent academic performance and interest in strategic and business issues
* Initial experience in consulting, corporate development or investment banking is an advantage, but not a requirement
* Analytical thinking and a structured and independent way of working
* Enjoyment of working in a team and excellent communication skills
* Safe use of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
* Interest in digital technologies and AI tools to support analyses and work processes
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Enthusiasm for sports - especially soccer - is a plus
