The role focuses on preparing, creating, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external communication materials as well as assisting with management and presentation content. main tasks Support for T-Systems CCO staff with communication tasks Preparation and editing of communication materials in German and English Content and visual preparation of internal and external communication documents Preparation and preparation of presentations, slide decks and management documents in German and English Participation in the preparation of management messages, announcements, newsletters and other communication materials Maintaining and updating company presentations, intranet sites and related content Create new intranet content and blog posts Assistance in preparing reporting documents and communication summaries
