Job Description:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Prepare and maintain KTM and TOV documentation in line with organizational and quality standards
* Manage and organize tools, gauges, and instruments to ensure availability and proper calibration status
* Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and production requirements
* Monitor, compile, and present performance reports with clear insights and data accuracy
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation and material readiness aligns with project timelines
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal process standards
* Identify opportunities for improving documentation efficiency and tool management practices

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Experience in documentation, BOM preparation, or engineering support activities
* Basic understanding of tools, gauges, and instrumentation handling
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
* Exposure to KTM and TOV-related processes or similar industrial documentation practices
* Knowledge of quality standards and calibration processes
* Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM and material tracking
* Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights
