Job Responsibilities:
Assists in writing clean, sustainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers, following coding standards and best practices, contributing to high-quality software.
Supports in developing and executing unit tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of the code, identifying and fixing bugs during the development process, thus ensuring robust software performance.
Maintains documentation for code, APIs, and software functionalities to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance, enhancing team collaboration and project longevity.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, design, and product management, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Participates in code reviews to learn from peer feedback, contributes to code quality improvements, and ensures adherence to coding standards, following guidance from senior developers.
Troubleshoots and debugs software issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently, maintaining smooth and effective software operation.
Assists in the implementation of new software features by understanding user requirements, participating in design discussions, and writing the necessary code, contributing to product evolution and improvement.
Build RPA scripts based on provided designs conform to technical guidelines. Maintain RPA scripts based on provided designs conform technical guidelines.
Support design activities based on tooling capability knowledge. Ensure scripts are accurately and consistently maintained and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
Maintains procedural knowledge of guidelines for script development as well as technical knowledge of the systems used.
Prepare RPA projects in conjunction with BAs, Tech Leads and program managers. Monitor script quality and propose projects to improve process, systems and organization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
