Qualifications - ExternalQualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of midrange systems
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and system monitoring tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
