About the Role

FTI Data & Technology Transformation is a multi-disciplined team that focuses on using digital solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. We have a strong track record of helping companies drive EBITDA and ROIC value from digital and data. We also serve as an R&D function for the company, developing internal tools, solutions and proof-of-concepts to put us ahead of the market. Our team is based across London and Dublin.
Our team has three capability areas - Digital Delivery, Data Science and Digital Transformation and our Areas of Expertise are:

· Enterprise Data Management
· Business Transformation
· Customer Value Management

What You Will Do

We are looking for a motivated and creative person to work on our Services team. The team's focus is on supporting multi-industry clients across Europe. Supporting and delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions and managing a fully functioning service desk for first, second and management of third line support
Day-to-day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to:
· Participate in delivering continuous business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities
· Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients' business objectives
· Support the ongoing maintenance and development of client systems and deliverables
· Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues

We're committed to your personal and professional development, we will provide in-house training and coaching throughout your internship.

What You Will Need to Succeed

· Must be in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2025 from an Analytics or IT discipline (computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects)
· Available to work in a full time internship from July 2024 to August 2024
· A leaving certificate qualification
· Understanding of the following:
o Structured Query Language (SQL)
o PostgreSQL
o Snowflake
o SQL Server
Analytical tools and processes
· Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to work effectively with client and team
· Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills
