General Summary:

Qualcomm is seeking an Assistant Project & Release Manager Intern for its wireless communication R&D group. This position is ideal for candidates who are dedicated, organized, and ambitious, and who want to gain experience in project management and release processes in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities
· Work directly with project managers and team leaders to help implement project goals.
· Monitor various aspects of projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
· Collaborate with DevOps on release management infrastructure and automation.
· Monitor and execute release management activities, including release delivery, code integration, and cross-team alignment.
· Work with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and Git/Bitbucket.

Mandatory Qualifications
· 3rd-year student in Industrial Engineering and Management (B.Sc).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft/Google tools (Office, Sheets, Docs).
· Fast learner and team player.
· Willing to work 25 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
· Understanding of release management processes and software development lifecycle.
· Experience with Jira or other project tracking tools.
· Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
