Customer service and Sales Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented intern to join our Tourism and Sales Department in Florence, Italy. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry while working in an international and dynamic environment with travelers from all over the world.

We welcome Erasmus+ students and offer a monthly internship compensation of €300 in addition to the Erasmus+ grant provided by the student’s university. The internship start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily activities of the Tourism and Sales Department ;
Assist customers with bookings, tours and travel-related services ;
Help coordinate reservations and customer requests ;
Participate in check-in activities and ticket delivery ;
Promote tours, activities and services offered by the agency ;
Communicate with international clients and provide customer support ;
Contribute to maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Internship will take place in Florence, Italy.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate profile

We are looking for students who:

Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) or part-time internship (25 hours/week) ;
Good command of English (additional languages are a strong advantage) ;
Interest in tourism, hospitality, sales or customer service ;
Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
Positive, proactive and customer-oriented attitude ;
Ability to work in an international team environment.
Minimum internship duration: 3 months.
