Digital Media Internship

Job Description:

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, (COMPANY NAME) is looking for a talented person to join our Digital Lead Generation Team, part of the Global Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting the team in managing, reporting and analyzing digital campaigns across all the media platforms. We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You'll be in charge of:
* Reporting of digital advertising campaigns;
* Creative performance analysis;
* Competitive data management with internal and external tools (e.g. SimilarWeb, SemRush, Google Trends, Google Ads Datastudio Dashboard);
* Act as a bridge between team members and international partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration;
* Establish strong relationships and manage key strategic partnerships within the company and the external media agency and suppliers.
You are the right person if you have:
* Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Business Suite and Programmatic Platforms.
* Good knowledge and understanding of performance media KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROI).
* Fluent English language is a key prerequisite, both written and oral.
* High Proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel to assist with data analysis, spreadsheet management, and reporting tasks.
Managerial Skills and Personal Characteristics:
* Passion for digital advertising;
* Data driven decision maker organized and detail oriented;
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude;
* Proactive mindset to discover and define new opportunities;
* Team player member is a must
