Internal Communication - Internship

Job Description:

The candidate will support internal communication activities within the GC&C business unit. This role supports our people engagement efforts, contributes to the effective communication of internal campaigns, and helps maximize the visibility of Group communication initiatives. It plays a key role in ensuring that messages resonate across the organization, fostering alignment and engagement. When possible or needed, it leverages new technologies/GenAI to enhance communication impact and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Communication & Sustainability team in cascading the GC&C 2025-27 Next Level Strategy within the GC&C community
* Assist in engaging GC&C employees on the People Strategy and initiatives aimed at reducing bureaucracy and improving colleagues' working life
* Contribute to internal communication activities for the GC&C Central Team's Business Lines and Functions
* Ensure alignment with Group communication, promoting and cascading key Group initiatives within GC&C
* Provide support in content production for the GC&C Newsroom (company intranet) and liaise with the external provider who manages the platform

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Public Relations, Marketing and New Media or a related field
* Strong and demonstrable interest in communication and people engagement
* Previous project or internship experiences in a related field during university studies are a plus
* Proficiency in English (at least B2 level), second language (e.g. Italian, German, French, Spanish) is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with: 1) corporate communication and new media, 2) AI tool for contents production (e.g. MS Copilot, Chat GTP)
* Direct knowledge of corporate/brokers/non-life insurance business
