Program Purpose
The First at Fendi Internship Program aims to welcome the New Generation of Talents by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.
As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of the 6 months journey, as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.
Project
Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Recruiting & Employer Branding Europe projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly accurate, organized and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, self-starter mindset Fluency in English; Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Availability to start in February 2026
