Investment Analyst Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for young talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum through an interesting experience as Investments Analyst in the Transactions Team of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.

The ideal candidate is passionate about finance and investments in the Real Estate field, will have the possibility to support the team in the following activities:
* Analyze financial data to determine trends in the housing market, occupancy rates, and rental prices
* Review market conditions to recommend new strategies for maximizing profits
* Prepare internal reports to Generali stakeholders
* Execution of cash-flow analysis and business planning
* Support to the investment managers throughout the acquisition or disposal process
* Manage sensitivity analysis and risk-return projections of the deals
* Take part in deal execution process (submission of offers, preliminary contracts, sale & purchase agreements

Candidate Requirements:

* A minimum experience in investments profile
* Knowledge of property KPIs and market data
* Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
* Fluency in Italian and English languages
