Role and Responsibilities

Job Purpose

1.Improve the efficiency of factory operation to maximize the demand satisfaction.
2. Control shipping lead time periodically to provide products to buyer on time.

Key Responsibilities
1. [Manufacturing capacity management] Supports enhancing production capacity of manufacturing to satisfy RTF (Return To Forecast).
2. [Securing short- and long-term material procurement] Supports establishing short- and long-term plan required for line operation and material supply.
3. [SCM (Supply Chain Management) master data management] Adjusts mass production date according to PLC (Product Life Cycle) of each item and EOP (End Of Production).
4. [PO (Purchase order) and shipment management] Supports to manage shipping schedule to meet the requested PO delivery date of buyer.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Educational Background: Master / Bachelor with a focus in Management Engineering/Economics.
Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical marketing tools.
Language Knowledge: Good written English; good spoken English.
Travel required: n.a.
Others: Excellent analytical skill
Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals'
Punctual, Work ethic, initiative, responsibility, commitment
Problem solver, pays attention to details, accurate, handles multi-tasking, Good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal or no supervision.
