Ready to play your part?
You will join our Headquarters in Florence being part of the Wholesale department and you will support the team in administrative and commercial activities related to the management of Italian and international clients

You'll support the team of the Wholesale team in the following activities:
* Assist with the management of orders from Italian and international wholesale clients during sales campaign periods
* Update customer records and commercial data within the company's databases
* Prepare and review business documents and communications for national and international partners and clients
* Assist in coordinating office activities, including the preparation of files, data collection, PowerPoint presentations, and extraction of data from company software
* Support the preparation of commercial reports and sales data analysis
* Archive and manage administrative and commercial documentation
* Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and activities for commercial partners

What you'll bring
* Degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus
* Analytical mindset with an interest in data analysis
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Dynamic and proactive attitude
* Passion for the luxury industry
