What You'll Do
As a Summer Associate at BCG, you'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career-at BCG and beyond. You'll harness your expertise to drive projects, and learn how to guide strategic decisions under the leadership of BCG consultants. This role is an 8-week internship programme that provides practical insight in the world of management consulting.

What You'll Bring

Students who are expected to graduate with a bachelor's or a master's degree from a Korea-based university with graduation dates between February 2027 - August 2027 (Class of 2027) are welcome to apply.
* Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
* A hypothesis-driven problem solving approach
* Good numerical skills
* Team spirit, open and positive in a group dynamic
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be legally authorized to work in Korea and available for the full duration of the 2026 Summer Internship at BCG Seoul Office (8 weeks between June to August 2026)
* Male Korean nationals must have completed or be exempt from mandatory military service
