Procurement Internship

Job Description:

Role and responsibilities:
First Part (Hosrayel Plant)
* Daily tasks and requests (Daily communication with broker and orders follow up, products ordering process -pricing, offers and matrix-…)
* POs related factory expenses (Electricity, water, stationary, spare parts maintenance purchases …)
* Aging report and suppliers' payment process
* Update the forecast file and participate in the forecast meeting
Second Part (Sin El Fil/Dbayeh)
* Create RFQ with Responsible Purchasing topics
* Collect contracts and upload them on Pro-contract
* Collect the feedback from different buyers for the top 50 suppliers using Prorating
* Find the duplicated suppliers inside Supplier Portal and prepare a full report so we merge them
* Find the suppliers with no contact person and prepare a full list so we can update them gradually

Qualifications:
* Education: currently enrolled in BBA in supply chain management.
* Skills: Excel/PowerPoint, research, data analysis.
* Language(s): English and Arabic.

Key Points:
* The first part of the internship will take place at our Hosrayel plant in Jbeil. The second part will be based at our office in Sin El Fil or Dbayeh.
* Internship duration: 2 months (June and July).
* Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
