Job Description:

The team will support you over the summer and you will gain valuable, practical, and hands-on knowledge and experience working in our fast-paced, highly collaborative, and creative work environment.
For our Internal Audit team, we are looking for an intern with an interest in audit, risk management, and compliance reviews, that is structured, analytical, and pays attention to details. The intern project may involve analyzing data, creating or working with AI agents, documentation and reports, and working with process development.
For our Treasury team, we are looking for an intern interested in performing treasury operations involving cash funds, foreign exchange, debt and capital management, as well as provide analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities. The intern project may involve, identifying processes suitable for AI applications, reviewing the reporting framework or other analytical tasks.
You don't need to know everything on day one - we'll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.
What You'll Do:
* Support our Internal Audit or Treasury teams with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
* Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.
* Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.
* Take part in a global internship community, learning session and mentorship to accelerate your growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Studying a program within Economics, Business, Law, Finance, Accounting or similar graduating 2027 or 2028.
* Curiosity and interest in capital markets, or financial technology, paired with strong problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to a team environment.
* Strong communication skills in English and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience or theoretical knowledge about treasury, audit and/or risk management.
* Experience with reporting, business intelligence or databases.
This role is at our Vilnius office, close to a bus stop for easy access and with restaurants and shopping centers close by. The position is on-site in Vilnius, therefore candidates from Vilnius are prioritized in the process. Hourly salary (Gross): 10 EUR.
