Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Procurement Intern (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: As our future Procurement Intern, you will be integrated into the Procurement team and support the team on a wide variety of tasks. You'll be involved in the entire purchasing lifecycle, from supplier creation, through sourcing and contracting, to Procure to Pay activities.

Be a part of our team where you will:

* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the procurement department;
* Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing activities;
* Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities;
* Help manage supplier relationships and maintain accurate supplier records;
* Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts;
* Participate in contract negotiations and support the procurement team in achieving cost savings;
* Maintain and update procurement databases (Ivalua);
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Let's talk about you. If you...

* Are currently studying for a bachelor's or a master's degree specialization in Procurement or are studying general subjects and have already had some experience in Procurement;
* Are looking for a six-month internship;
* Can demonstrate full proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
* Possess basic knowledge on Ivalua Source to contract solution is an asset;
* Speak fluent French and English;
* Are dynamic, you know how to work independently, and you are good with numbers;
* Are a team player and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
