Job Description:

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg, the authorized alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) managing real estate Pan-European AIFs is looking for a:

VALUATION INTERN (6 months, available from now)

JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Roles and responsibilities:

* Gathering financial data and subject company information through direct interactions with Pan-European Asset Management and Research teams;
* Reviewing financial models such as discounted cash flow, market multiple and market transaction analyses;
* Assisting the AIFM Valuation Officer in reviewing and challenging quarterly and annual valuation reports;
* Ensuring the integrity and precision of the asset values;
* Organizing and participating to Valuation calls with external advisers;
* Organizing Quarterly Valuation Committees.

Profile:

* Enrolled in a Master degree in Corporate Finance, Audit, Financial Analysis or related disciplines;
* Desire to learn and grow;
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must);
* Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Excellent communication skills with all levels, self-starter, detail-orientated;
* Natural aptitude for solving problems;
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset;
* Autonomous, rigorous and very well organized.
