Your mission:
In today's environment, market participants face increasingly complex regulatory requirements. To support them, PwC Luxembourg has brought together specialists within the Regulatory Risk and Compliance (RRC) department, dedicated to helping clients address these challenges in a practical and efficient way.
As a Trainee, you will support the team in delivering regulatory and compliance services to our fund clients. You will assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, contribute to regulatory analysis, and gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Be a part of our team where you will:
* Support the setup of new fund structures, assisting with documentation and filings with supervisory authorities;
* Gain exposure to key regulations such as Digital Operational Resilience Act and Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive II, and assist the team in their application;
* Assist in preparing documentation for authorization processes and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory reports (e.g. Key Information Documents, ESG-related documentation);
* Support administrative tasks related to incorporation and registration processes;
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (tax specialists, fund service providers, notaries);
* Provide support on restructuring processes (e.g. liquidation, merger, contribution in kind).

* Currently pursuing a degree in financial services, law, economics, or a related field;
* Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset (both written and spoken);
* Strong interest in developing practical knowledge of financial services regulations in Luxembourg and other jurisdictions;
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment;
* Comfortable with IT tools; familiarity with Document Management Systems and Generative AI is considered an advantage.
