Job Summary
To assist with implementation of Allianz Malaysia's Integrated Reporting, Sustainability Disclosures, Related Governance and Sustainability Strategy. Carry out ESG risk screening for P&C underwriting business, and support sustainability engagement and activation initiatives

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the company's integrated annual report aligning to regulatory requirements which includes close of reporting gap based on pre-scheduled plan.
* Assess the completed ASIS Screening Template submitted by UW, and carry out internet search for any negative news related to the company (e.g. review news articles, sustainability reports, environmental impact reports, etc)
* Identify the outcome and provide reference points for decision-making of ESG risk screening cases, and ensure clear records of assessments are maintained.
* Assist in planning and executing sustainability-themed events, campaigns, and activations.
* Conduct benchmarking research on sustainability positioning and branding trends.
* Contribute ideas to improve sustainability awareness among employees.

Key Requirements
* Strong analytical, writing & research skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently, ensuring timely completion of ESG risk screenings.
* Comfortable with conducting presentations and writing tasks.
* Organised, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification
