Internship, Credit Unit Corporate Business Department

Job Description:

Job Summary
To provide assistance and support to Credit Unit of Corporate Business Department in all credit control and collection matters and other related duties as assigned.

You'll be responsible for:
* Extract data via EIS on weekly basis and generate monthly tracking file (collection and unmatched transactions) to Corporate Business marketers for follow up and matching
* Assist in preparing report updates for monthly meeting with Credit Recoveries.
* Supervise account receivable to maintain within tolerance age band and to mitigate them from turning into impairment or turning bad.
* Issuance of official receipts, journals, accounts reconciliation
* Any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or HOD

Key Requirements
* Candidate must currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes
