Internship, Finance & Operations Support, Life Agent's Account Department

Job Description:

Assist the department in managing Agent Control 2 sub-ledger, agency compensation benefits and agency remunerations

You'll be responsible for:
* Update transfer of servicing and voluntary agent duly approved by Sales & Distribution Division
* To monitor all kinds of payment made to intermediaries' inclusive settlement of account credit balances to terminated agents
* Data entry into agents' accounts
* Sending notification letter to terminated agents with account debit balances according to the department's SOP
* To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when deemed necessary
* Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.

Important to your success:
* Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, actuarial science or finance

Internship Intake: Sep Onwards
Internship Duration: Min 3 months
Location: Menara Allianz Sentral ( Near KL Sentral)
