Development Opportunities
* Collaborate with the operations team to map out manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
* Support the creation of Power Apps applications to streamline daily operational tasks.
* Develop visual dashboards using Power BI to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
* Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and refining digital tools based on user input.
* Document workflows, SOPs, and usage instructions for the developed solutions.
* Participate in regular team discussions to present progress and gather user feedback.

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* Interest in digital transformation within a manufacturing or operations setting.
* Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for process improvement.
