WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Support the recruitment and selection process, from coordination to candidate follow-up.
* Help organize and coordinate training programs and onboarding experiences.
* Contribute to internal communications and HR initiatives.
* Coordinate with vendors and prepare documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
* Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
* Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring the process is completed through payment.
* Support vendor setup and administration.
* Get involved in the coordination of HR events and employee activities.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, ideally in your 5th semester or beyond.

Availability to complete an internship for at least 1 year.
*
Previous experience in HR or people-related activities is a plus (ideally 6+ months).

Advanced English, both written and spoken.
*
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
*
