Your role and responsibilities
The Product Delivery and Technical Operations area is responsible for ensuring that the flow of supplies, parts, and technical support materials is always aligned with market demands, warranty contracts, and operational performance. The intern will work across the board, supporting warranty lifecycle management from data analysis to the execution of operational processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in monitoring the different stages of the life cycle of parts, components, and materials covered by warranty. In order management, opening internal requests, and systemic controls related to the supply flow and and assist in tracking materials and verifying compliance between requests, deliveries, and records;
* Support the execution of processes for activation, replacement, return, disposal, and closure of items under warranty andcommunication with suppliers to align pending issues, documentation, and warranty deadlines;
* Contribute to the preparation of reports and internal presentations related to the status of operations and supplies and to the analysis of supply consumption and demand projections related to warranty contracts;
* Perform simple data analyses to identify deviations, patterns, or opportunities for optimisation in warranty processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing adjustments to workflows, documentation, and controls;
* Update spreadsheets and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in the area, such as inventory levels, warranty periods, and supplier performance;
* Interact with areas such as logistics, purchasing, engineering, and technical support to collect and validate information;
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
* Be an active university student pursuing a degree related to the field (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields);
* Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
