About the Role We are looking for a highly proactive, agile, and passionate intern to join our Talent Management & Development team. This role has a regional scope across North America (US, Canada, Mexico & CAM) and will support initiatives that foster growth, learning, and professional development in a fast-paced, global organization. Key Responsibilities Program Support: Assist in managing key aspects of development programs (e.g., SDPs, LDP´s, PROPEL), including sessions, reports, logistics, and evaluations. Support onboarding, graduation, and follow-up processes to ensure smooth execution. Content & Platform Management: Help design and update SharePoint sites for Talent Review and development programs. Maintain and optimize pages with resources such as Coursera, Speexx, Career Hub, and other learning tools. Regional Collaboration: Assist in initiatives like Leader Assimilation and Cohorts, ensuring effective onboarding and engagement. Monitor progress and provide feedback to enhance program impact. Communications Support: Coordinate and execute communication campaigns to promote learning and development initiatives. Examples include: Skill of the Month and Skill UP Next Gen campaigns. Supporting visibility and recruitment for Coursera U programs. Coordinating the Learning Ambassador Program and related engagement activities. Develop creative content and messaging to drive awareness and participation in regional programs. Special Projects: Participate in strategic programs (e.g., Master Jedi), coordinating sessions, participant engagement, and follow-up activities. What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher), with the ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way. High level of initiative, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
