CRM & DIGITALIZATION TRAINEE

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

The CRM & Digitalization Trainee plays a key supporting role within the CRM and Digitalization area in BMW Financial Services, contributing to the development and execution of customer-centric initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business. In this role, you will support the optimization of CRM strategies, digital platforms, and data-driven marketing initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and customer experience teams. The position combines analytical thinking, digital innovation, and proactive stakeholder engagement to improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer loyalty, and support the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

* Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements, digital tools, and data-driven approaches that enhance efficiency, productivity, and the customer experience.

* Actively contribute to designing strategies to increase contract volume, market share, and loyalty activities to boost Conquest and Loyalty performance.

* Lead data driven marketing to maximize sales of BMW Financial Services products & services, customer brand loyalty via smarter communications to generate highest quality leads to dealer CRM's.

* Identify opportunities for improvement CX, internal processes, technology towards CBS vision for FS aligned with group brands.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Strategy, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

* 1 year of experience in CRM and/or Digitalization desirable in the Automotive/Finance industry.

* Strong digital and technical skills, with familiarity in CRM concepts, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

* Basic knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools e.g., Excel, Power BI is preferred.

* Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

* Proficiency in English.
