Our technology starts with you. ________________________________________________________ About the Role We are looking for a motivated intern to support the improvement of MTBI through analysis, optimization, and documentation efforts. You will work closely with engineers and technical experts to identify opportunities for enhancement, help evaluate current processes or systems, and contribute to practical solutions that improve performance, reliability, and usability. Key Responsibilities * Analyze the current MTBI process, workflow, or system. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable enhancements. * Support data collection, testing, and validation activities. * Contribute to documentation, reporting, and presentation of findings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. * Assist in preparing technical summaries and recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, electronics, industrial engineering, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Interest in process improvement, systems optimization, or technical development. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel, Python, MATLAB, or similar is a plus. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data analysis or technical documentation. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. * Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
