Job Description:
As a Tax Intern at Deloitte Namibia, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation and review of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
* Conduct research on Namibian tax laws, regulations, and recent developments.
* Support the team in compiling documentation for tax compliance and advisory projects.
* Participate in client meetings and help draft correspondence and reports.
* Analyse financial data to identify tax implications and opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated solutions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information

Candidate Requirements:

Requirements:
* Namibian citizenship or permanent residency.
* Currently in final year or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
* Average academic score of 65% per academic year.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
