Statistical Data Analytics Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly curious and independent Statistical Data Analytics Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will tackle real business problems.

You will be expected to take ownership of your work, bring analytical structure, and embrace a statistician's mindset.

This is not just a dashboard-building internship; we are looking for someone eager to ask questions, build models, and translate data into actionable decisions.

What you'll do

* Support the design and implementation of predictive models.
* Maintain, validate, and incrementally improve existing metrics, dashboards, and analytical models.
* Document analytical logic, assumptions, and metric definitions clearly to ensure continuity and reuse.
* Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing on large business datasets.
* Build dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI to track KPIs, OKRs, and experiment results.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
* Identify trends and patterns in data to drive business strategy and performance improvements.
* Clean, explore, and validate complex datasets using Python and SQL.
* Translate findings into clear summaries for internal stakeholders.
