Your Role
In the Business Development & Strategy team in Nijmegen, you will support the identification of new market opportunities and strategic initiatives, working closely with business leaders to drive growth. Your role will focus on engaging with the Dutch semiconductor ecosystem, leveraging research and communication skills to translate technical strengths into actionable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Experience Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential customer segments and opportunities
* Convince with words: Develop and present business cases and strategic communications
* Partnership Development: Build strategic partnership maps and customer intelligence databases
* Industry Insights: Research the Dutch semiconductor ecosystem (universities, research institutes, clusters, partners)
* Market Growth: Support market entry strategies and customer discovery initiatives
* Communication: Draft communications, proposals, and value propositions for specific market segments
* Customer Engagement: Assist with customer presentations, events, and relationship-building activities

Your Profile
You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication capabilities. You are curious, detail oriented, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study Field: Currently in the final year of your bachelor's or pursuing a master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a similar field
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
* Background: Strong research and analytical capabilities
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
* Industry Knowledge: Interest in technology and semiconductor market dynamics
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking abilities and comfort with stakeholder engagement
* Languages: Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency would be strong advantage
