What you need to know about this position:
* Analizar, negociar, revisar y redactar contratos de servicios, suministro, entre otros.
* Apoyo en procedimientos administrativos como consumidor, publicidad, protección de datos y regulatorio: redacción de cartas y respuestas a las autoridades, y seguimiento.
* Asistencia legal en asuntos corporativos, contractuales y de consumo/publicidad de diversos países.
* Absolución de consultas legales (consumo, publicidad, administrativo, civil, etc) y realización de evaluaciones de riesgos.
* Coordinación con las partes interesadas internas, firmas externas y otras entidades, conforme delegue el Gerente Legal.
* Otros vinculados con la administración del área y proyectos globales o regionales que se presenten.
