AIA Internship Program
What You Will Do
As an AIA Intern, you will:
* Support business projects across key functions (Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Sales, etc.)
* Conduct research, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders
* Participate in learning sessions, mentoring, and career talks
Who We're Looking For
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business, Behavioral Science, Management, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields
* 3rd-4th year undergraduate student
* Strong academic performance
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Organized, proactive, and adaptable
* Proficient in MS Office / Tech Savvy
* Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (But Not Required)
* Leadership experience in school organizations
* Internship or project experience
* Academic honors
