Creator Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Job Description:

Team Introduction The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing top and high-potential creators, tracking live data and creator growth. - Participate in planning live campaigns, PK competitions, and creator incentive programs. - Liaise with cross-functional resources to optimize creator exposure and revenue. - Maintain community relationships and address daily issues and needs of creators

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited. - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good content sensitivity and crisis management skills. - Passionate about social media, familiar with user behavior and community culture on platforms such as TikTok. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant experience in internet or community operations is preferred.
