* Support in processing monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD
* Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
* Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
* Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues
* Other task that maybe assign from time to time
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Flexible go-getter available to start in the last week of August 2025, ready to work 3 times a week (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
* Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment
