Your role
Do you have a sharp eye for detail? Are you known for hitting deadlines? We're looking for someone like that to help us in:

* Assisting in monitoring and processing corporate actions (e.g., mergers, dividends, spin-offs, etc.)
* Supporting the analysis and classification of events received from data vendors, custodians, and other sources
* Helping ensure timely and accurate notification of events to internal stakeholders and clients
* Participating in process documentation, exception handling, and control checks
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and service quality

Your team
You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Wroclaw or Krakow. Team is responsible for research and

maintenance of Corporate Actions in the EMEA and US region, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers'

responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our

accounting system and reconciling positions.

Your expertise
You are:

* familiar with key concepts in capital markets and corporate actions through your academic studies
* details-oriented and understand the importance of accuracy in financial data processing
* proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
* fast learner with a strong interest in financial operations
* very good in written and spoken English
* a good communicator and enjoy working as part of collaborative, cross- functional team
* motivated to gain practical experience in a high- quality operational environment and to understand the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle
