Program Details:
* Start Date: July 1st
* Application Deadline: March 30th
* Location: Warsaw
* Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for a full-time managerial role after successful completion)
* Flexible working time & hybrid work model

What You'll Do:
Your work will be significant from day one. You'll join a multifunctional team, directly engaging in business development and decision-making. Here are some exciting projects you could take on:
* Collaborate on new product launches, assessing financial impacts with brand and sales teams.
* Explore business opportunities in emerging channels like e-commerce and discounters.
* Enhance cost competitiveness in our manufacturing processes.

* Finance Leader & Business Partner: Influence business decisions with your financial insights.
* Problem Solver: Analyze market dynamics and provide data-driven recommendations.
* Risk Taker: Own significant projects from day one, streamlining operations across regions.

Job Qualifications
