Roles and Responsibilities

HR Administration (95%)
* Maintain (verify, enter data to excel, label, sort, pack, archive) employee employment and/or time & attendance
* Paper documentation personal files or any other employee related documents) in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations as instructed by People Operations team members
* Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with defined HR processes, relevant legal and GE policy requirements
* Creation/maintenance of internal documentation on HR processes (if needed or asked)
* Support other [if applicable] team members in their activities in area of HR

HR/Employee Partnership (5%)
* Act proactively to contact with internal customers or colleagues to ensure timely resolution of transactions or queries
* Actively seek customer / team members feedback & use it to improve our processes
* Deliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep customers / team informed on progress - taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the process
* Act urgently in case of any non-standard situations which require non-standard solutions

Skills & Experience

Essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fluency in local language (Polish) and English, with polite communication skills
* Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
* IT skills in area of MS Windows, fluent computer usage
* Literacy in Outlook and Word/PDF/Excel
* Confidentiality & controllership mindset
* Supportive and enthusiastic team player

Optional
* Experience is administrative tasks (best in HR Operations or any documentation tasks)
* Experience in work at SSC and/or global organization
* Being open for a continuous and ad-hoc changes of the processes, service model and tools
* University or college undergraduate (or willing to combine studies with internship at GE)
