Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Qualifications and Skills:

* Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
* Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
* Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
* Fluent English on min. B2 level - both, written and spoken
* Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
* Focus is on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer

Nice to have:

* Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
