Web Application Testing - Summer Trainee (Wroclaw)

Job Description:

Our team is developing complex systems, which operate on vast amounts of Nokia customers data: starting from big data flows processing, through custom web-applications for data manipulation and immersive dashboards for visualization.
We work with:
* Test tools: Cypress, SonarQube
* Backend: NodeJS, Python, GraphQL, Scala, Java
* Frontend: JS/HTML5/CSS3, TypeScript, React, AngularJS
* Other: Git (Gitlab), Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, Airflow, Jira (X-Ray for test mgmt.)

* Designing & tune the implementation of automation frameworks within our apps ecosystem
* Assist process of SW testing automation with several teams
* Preparating a test data (manually and automatically)
* Analyze an errors reported by customers
* Verify the functionality of web applications in terms of compliancy with the requirement

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Have:
* Active student status
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
* Willingness to work full-time during the summertime on-site in the office in Wroclaw
* Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
* Knowledge of JavaScript or Python
* Meticulousness and sensitivity to errors and inaccuracies
* Basic UX knowledge
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with Source Code Management tools like Git
* Experience with defining test scenarios, test cases, scripts and test data preparation
