Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the collection, analysis, and visualization of operational data, prepare reports, and help maintain dashboards and performance indicators.
* SharePoint Optimization: Assist in maintaining and improving SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and collaboration workflows to ensure efficient information management.
* Signature Process Support: Support administrative activities related to corporate signature and authorization processes, including Powers of Attorney (PoA), documentation management, and approval tracking.
* Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks and support the implementation of digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform.
* Compliance Operations: Assist the team with daily activities related to contract risk management, supplier governance, NDA processes, and internal compliance documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues from different departments and international locations to ensure smooth coordination of operational activities.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?
* Currently pursuing a university degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 tools would be an advantage.
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
* Interest in data analysis, process optimization, digitalization, and IT governance.
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently with appropriate guidance.
* Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
* Very good written and spoken English; German would be an advantage.
* No previous professional experience required
