Your role
We are looking for someone like that who can:

* Support Cost Object Administration service to Group Functions
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls
* Deal with delegated tasks, promoting best practice including use of the right tools and processes
* Participate in process automatizations
* Support colleagues with daily tasks

Your team
You'll be working in the Billing Data Operations team in Fabryczna Office Park, Kraków. We support the largest functions within the UBS Group Functions - Group Technology / Group Operations and Group Finance. The team consists of highly skilled specialists who work alongside our global colleagues in a challenging and rapidly changing environment

Your expertise

* financial knowledge
* focus on details
* very good communication skills and ability to work in a multinational team
* proficiency in MS Excel (Alteryx, power BI is in plus)
* motivation and self direction
* preferred location of the candidates will be Kraków
