The position
By joining our company, you will gain comprehensive insight into Order Management processes within Forecast to Cash stream. During your internship, you will learn to work with various tools and systems and gradually take on a range of tasks related to Order Management.
As an intern, you will support the team in daily operations while developing your knowledge and skills in an international environment.
Our 6-month paid internship program (contract of mandate) offers a flexible start date and working hours tailored to your availability - both full-time and part-time options are possible. We operate in a hybrid model and meet on-site in our Wroclaw office at least three days per week.
Tasks & responsibilities
As an Intern, you will support the Order Management team in daily activities such as:
* performing analysis and providing solutions for errors occurring in sales order entry interfaces
* reviewing and correcting incomplete sales orders in collaboration with local Customer Service and the IT team, according to service level agreements, by updating incorrect data in the system
* performing daily review of billing process in SAP and ensuring that all documents relevant and due for billing are created and posted to accounting in a timely manner
* performing month-end activities
About our future employee
You should have an English proficiency of at least B2 level and be willing to continuously learn and develop in this role.
Additionally, we are looking for:
* Students or graduates interested in the Forecast to Cash area (for instance, but not limited to Finance and Accounting, International Business, Logistics).
* Good personal and organizational skills.
* Empathy, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset.
* Familiarity with MS 365 Office and analytical skills would be considered an advantage
