YOUR ROLE
As an Intern - Contract Management on our team, you'll step into the world where business meets law, gaining exposure to the inner workings of commercial agreements and strategic partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a sharp eye for detail, strengthen your analytical mindset, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, global environment.

In your daily job you will:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
* Maintain and update contract databases and documentation
* Monitor contract performance and obligations
* Resolve contractual disputes and issues
* Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams
* Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
* Prepare reports and metrics for management

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
* Student of Law
* Knowledge of civil and commercial law
* Ability to analyze and draft contractual documents
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* First experience in contract handling or in a legal/purchasing department (preferred)
* Availability - minimum 20 h per week
