The opportunity

We are looking for an intern to join our Application Management Team. During this internship you will be supporting the Application Manager in daily tasks related to application operations, team coordination, tasks assignments and follow-up.

How you'll make an impact

* Assist in Application Management Services (AMS) activities to ensure smooth daily workflows. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the processes
* Use ServiceNow to monitor tasks and escalate delays to improve efficiency
* Support the production of weekly and monthly team performance reports. Guidance will be provided to develop reporting skills.
* Gain an understanding of the business domain
* Develop clear communication skills with team members and stakeholders
* Learn to use Agile methods to effectively adapt to changing priorities

Your background
* You are a currently enrolled university student graduating in 2027 or later
* You can effectively communicate in English (C1 level)
* You have good work organization skills, you can follow up on tasks and work with limited supervision
* You are familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and ServiceNow
* You are able to quickly learn to use new IT tools
