Job Description:
Who we are looking for:
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Investment Management (SSIM), one of the top asset managers in the world, that provides services to the world's governments, institutions, and financial advisors across the globe.
European Shareholder Services Team, as a part of Investment Operations unit, administers incoming client instructions relating to subscription and redemption activity for portfolios managed globally by SSIM. The team is responsible for the verification, accurate, timely processing and onward communication of these instructions to the SSIM Investment Management team.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Processing of subscription and redemption activity into SSIM's systems.
* Ensuring all instructions received from Clients are aligned with SSIM's instruction procedures and security controls.
* Providing Portfolio Management with accurate information on daily subscription/redemption activity
* Anti-money laundering / suspicious activity monitoring controls.
* Collaboration with team members in other sites to ensure that operating model is consistent and to share standard methodology
Program dates: 1st July 2026 - 30th November 2026
You must be available to participate in the program in person in Krakow, Poland, starting from day one and for its full duration. Additionally, you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

* You are on your final year of studies in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum Salary:zł60,000 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
