You will be responsible for supporting Ad Sales team members in their daily work. This primarily includes assigning campaigns, preparing reports, and collaborating with brokers, operational, and technical departments.

You will be:

* cooperating with Ad Operations department on YouTube campaigns - orders, reports etc.,

* entering client data into the SalesForce system,

* supporting Hungarian broker in their daily work,

* delivering commercial spots to AMS platform,

* managing commercial spots and legal checks with our compliance department,

* monitoring sponsorship campaigns in Whatson platform,

* coordinating TV creatives production,

* conducting compliance checks on ordered and executed campaigns,

* preparing post-buys and campaign reports,

* creating simple presentations,

* extracting data from TechEdge application,

* coordinating invoices and proper circulation of documents,

* issuing purchase orders in system and requesting invoices from vendors,

* selecting competition winners and ordering and shipping competition prizes,

* translating presentations and spots' voice overs (Polish/English, both ways).

* Passion for working in the media and entertainment industry,

* Knowledge about television, entertainment, and pop culture,

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written,

* Proficiency in Polish and English,

* Excellent eye for detail,

* Ability to work independently and taking ownership for tasks,

* Great work organization skills,

* Taking ownership of delegated tasks.
