Your mission will be…

* Support in accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
* Support in record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner;
* Support in the verification, posting and payment of invoices;
* Support in the process Expense claims (posting & payment);
* Support in the process vendor accounts / Goods Received / Vendor accounts reconciliation;
* Support in the vendor dunning letters, written and verbal communication with supplier;
* Support in the processing and clarification of manual transactions;
* Support in critical queries and provide accurate information to our business partners;
* Support in the monthly activities;
* Support in closing activities;
* Support in the PCMB controls;
* Other administrative topics
