Property Management Operations Intern | Porto Hub

Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on experience in the hospitality industry? Join Lisbeyond as our Operations Intern and play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the best possible stay in our properties across Porto. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing property management company with an international team, located in the heart of Porto!

Your Role:
As our Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of Lisbeyond's properties. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained, our housekeeping services are efficiently managed, and guests receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle guest communications, addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback.
* Greet guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
* Conduct daily visits to properties to inspect for quality and upkeep.
* Identify and report areas for improvement within the properties.
* Manage and check stock levels of property amenities.
* Coordinate housekeeping schedules and services.
* Organize files and update paperwork as needed.
* Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS).
* Assist the operations team with any unexpected issues or challenges.
